1. Service Cancellation

Cancellation requests should include the customer’s name, service information, and appointment details when available.
2. Cancellation Before Service
Customers may request cancellation before the scheduled service begins.
For the best opportunity to avoid cancellation-related costs, customers should submit cancellation requests at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If a customer cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the customer may generally be eligible for a full refund, provided that no non-refundable costs or additional circumstances apply.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to applicable scheduling, preparation, transportation, or other costs already incurred by Tylan Norvin LLC.
3. Rescheduling
Customers who cannot attend a scheduled service appointment may contact us to request rescheduling.
Rescheduling requests should preferably be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
4. Missed Appointments
If our service personnel arrive at the scheduled location and cannot reasonably access the property or perform the service because of circumstances attributable to the customer, the service may be considered a missed appointment.
The customer should contact us as soon as possible if they know they will be unable to provide access.
Additional scheduling or service fees may apply where appropriate.
5. Service Issues
If you believe a service was not completed as reasonably expected, please contact us within 3 calendar days after the service is completed.
We may request information about the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a follow-up visit or another reasonable solution.
6. Additional Work
If the actual scope of work is materially greater than the service purchased online, we may discuss additional work and any applicable additional charges with the customer before proceeding.
Customers are not required to purchase additional services unless they agree to them.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Once a refund is approved, Tylan Norvin LLC will generally process the refund within 3–5 business days.
After the refund has been processed, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3–10 business days.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available when:
- The purchased service has already been fully performed.
- The customer provided substantially incorrect service information.
- The customer failed to provide reasonable property access.
- The customer requested additional work and approved the applicable additional charge.
- The customer caused conditions that prevented the service from being completed.
- The customer cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and applicable costs have already been incurred.
These provisions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Refund Requests
Customers requesting a refund should contact us as soon as possible after the relevant cancellation or service issue.
Refund requests should generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original service purchase or scheduled service date, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
